Northeastern University upholds the tenets of Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) through its robust RCR training program and through its commitment to fair and thorough investigations of research misconduct.

Allegations of research misconduct should be made to If you prefer to remain anonymous, please use Northeastern’s reporting hotline to report a concern.

All allegations of research misconduct are investigated by confidentiality and in accordance with Northeastern’s Policy on Research Misconduct.

The Research misconduct process is staffed by Amanda Humphrey, Director of Research Integrity & Export Controls, and the Institutional Research Integrity Officer (RIO), Jeff Seo, AVP for Research Compliance.
