Date: Monday, June 12th
Duration: Breakfast for in-person attendees 9:15 AM – 9:50 AM
Lunch for in-person attendees 12:30 PM – 1:15 PM
Sessions run from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: In-Person on the Boston main campus at the Raytheon Amphitheater in the Egan Research Center building and Virtual via Microsoft Teams

Raffle Drawing: There will be two raffle drawings during the workshop with three winners in each drawing. The first drawing will occur during the lunch hour and the second drawing will occur after the conclusion of the day’s final session. Qualtrics registration data will be used as raffle entries and the data will be pulled into a virtual randomizer to choose the winners. You must be present either virtually or in person during the drawing in order to claim a prize. If your name is pulled and you are not present then another name will be chosen. 1st place will receive a $50 e-gift card to a local restaurant/business in their geographic area while 2nd and 3rd will receive $25. If you are a winner you will be contacted after the end of the workshop for additional information

10:00 AM – 10:45 AM: Biosketch and Current & Pending (Other) Support documents: best practices, headaches, and lessons learned
10:45 AM – 11:30 AM: A Multi-Perspective on Safe and Inclusive Off-Site Work Environments
11:30 AM – 11:45 AM: 15-minute break
11:45 AM – 12:30 PM: Safety Panel Discussion with OARS, HRPP, IACUC
12:30 PM – 1:15 PM: Lunch hour and first raffle drawing
1:15 PM – 2:00 PM: Managing Human Subject Data and Related Agreements
2:00 PM – 2:45 PM: The Lifecycle of an Expenditure: NIH DMSP Cost Budgeting and Monitoring
